TBJ is reporting, via WRAL, that demolition work by Choate Construction for the upcoming Gramercy apartments on Glenwood South damaged the neighboring C. Grace craft cocktail bar.
C. Grace will be closed for several days while repairs are made in restrooms, food prep areas and to resolve flooding caused by a damaged water line. Stay tuned to Facebook and Twitter for updates from the bar on their “unexpected renovations”.
PS: Could we please get a parking deck or two rather than more apartments for Glenwood South, pretty please?
