Triangle media was abuzz last week with big news in Downtown Raleigh commercial real estate: the 10-story office building at 227 Fayetteville Street (formerly a Wachovia Bank) has announced a new tenant to occupy about two floors of the building – eTextbooks firm Vitat Source.
