Downtown Raleigh restaurant ORO has a released a new Fall Menu, prepared by Executive Chef Chris Hylton, that is loaded with fresh, local ingredients and, according to their release, “a generous amount of creativity, inspiration, and deliciousness”. It definitely delivers on that front!

Some of the favorites are retained (the gnocchi, risotto, and green beans are three of my favorite ORO dishes), but I’m looking forward to several of the new additions including the Mushroom Napoleon.

Other new additions for this season’s new dinner menu includes Lobster Ravioli with Butternut Squash, Corn Fritters, and a Grilled Bison Tenderloin. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert as they unveil Pumpkin Flan topped with Meringue, Chocolate and Caramel Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream, and the Sugar High – described as “homemade junk food galore” and made to share at $18.
