Hat tip to @TriangleExplorer for posting a picture this morning letting the Instagram world know that Downtown Raleigh patisserie from former Umstead pastry chef Daniel Benjamin is now open!

Hours are 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 7 a.m. until 9 p.m., Friday; 8 a.m. until 9 p.m., Saturday; closed Sunday. The restaurant is located at 235 South Salisbury Street.
