Hibernian Co. and Napper Tandy’s have announced the annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration in downtown Raleigh’s Glenwood South district – slated for March 14th this year. The event will be held from noon until 11:00PM on the 300 and 400 blocks of Glenwood Avenue. The first portion of the festival is a free-entry event, open to the public until 4PM at which time there will be an entry fee of $5 until 11PM.
Live music with Love Tribe and Night Shift, beverages, and food will be available at this annual Irish Celebration in downtown Raleigh. One new addition this year is the partnership with the local non-profit Shop Local Raleigh and introducing a host of local and regional vendors to the event. A portion of the proceeds from the festival will benefit Shop Local Raleigh and the Greater Raleigh Merchants Association.
