Last month I had the chance to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony at Downtown Raleigh’s newest luxe apartment complex, The Lincoln Apartments. The Lincoln is located on E. Hargett Street, in the far stretch of the Moore Square district, near the Federal Courthouse building.
The Lincoln and Clairemont Communications PR firm rolled out the red carpet for downtowners, the local business community, and even four-legged friends from Cause for Paws NC (and their diligent volunteers) who were on-site for the unique ribbon-cutting ceremony – the ribbon was made from none other than a dog snack. The Lincoln made a donation to the non-profit organization based on the number of posts made to social media during the day’s events.
I took a quick tour of the new building and encourage you to check out the pictures below – this place looks GREAT inside and out and includes a lot of nice amenities including ample parking and even a dog wash space on-site. Unit sizes range from a 553 sq. ft. studio to a 997 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bath unit. Rates available by inquiry.
